Help with planning, preparing, and serving meals to ensure individuals receive proper nutrition.

Medication Reminders

Prompts and reminders to support medication routines as directed by the individual or family.

Errands & Appointments

Assistance with grocery shopping, doctor visits, pharmacy trips, beauty shop appointments, and other essential errands.

Respite Care

Short-term relief for family caregivers so they can rest, work, or manage personal responsibilities with confidence.

Who is Home Care For?

Home Care Services are ideal for individuals who need help with daily tasks to remain safely at home, including those living with Alzheimer’s and other memory-related conditions. This includes children with disabilities, adults with mobility or health challenges, and seniors who need extra support to maintain independence.

How to Qualify

Services can be funded through the Medicaid HCB Waiver, Private Pay, or VA programs where authorized.
